Authentic West African Blend, Mild, 4oz
A signature peanut, pepper and smoke blend. Bold heat, deep umami and a finish that makes you remember every bite. Built by Chef Sammy. Bottled for you.

The Story
Suya is the smoky, spicy skewered street food that runs through West African nightlife. The blend behind it, called yaji, is a closely guarded mix of ground peanuts, peppers, ginger and spice. Wacking With Flavor Suya Spice is Chef Sammy's take on that legacy, refined for the modern kitchen and built to perform on more than just beef.
