The Story

Inspired by Suya.

Suya is the smoky, spicy skewered street food that runs through West African nightlife. The blend behind it, called yaji, is a closely guarded mix of ground peanuts, peppers, ginger and spice. Wacking With Flavor Suya Spice is Chef Sammy's take on that legacy, refined for the modern kitchen and built to perform on more than just beef.

Classic Suya Skewers

Rub onto thinly sliced beef or chicken, grill hot and fast, finish with raw onion, lime and extra spice.

Suya Popcorn

Toss freshly popped popcorn in melted butter, then dust generously. Movie night gets dangerous.

Roasted Vegetables

Coat sweet potato wedges, carrots or cauliflower with oil and Suya Spice. Roast at 425°F until caramelized.

Grilled Shrimp

Marinate shrimp in lime juice, oil and Suya Spice for 20 minutes. Grill two minutes per side.

Suya Fries

Hit fresh-out-the-fryer fries with Suya Spice and flaky salt. Serve with garlic aioli.
